Shipping Policy

Shipping within the UK is FREE for all orders over £100, and costs £3.99 for all orders under £100. 

Shipping within Europe is FREE for all orders over £150, and costs £11.00 for all orders under £150.

International shipping is FREE for all orders over £150, and costs £18.00 for all orders under £150. 

 

No plastic is used in our packaging.  

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure you parcel is delivered to the right address. 

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of you order (subject to stock availability) except bespoke orders which will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Noa & Rain, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason it isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please contact our client care team at info@noaandrain.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must reach us in their original condition. If a return arrives damaged or not in its original state, we may need to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great pride in the quality of our garments. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. The item should be returned in its original condition with all labels, packaging, and proof of purchase.
If a fault is confirmed after inspection, we will issue a full refund including postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Handmade & Care Items

Our handmade pieces require thoughtful care to ensure their longevity. Please refer carefully to the care instructions attached to your item.
We’re unable to offer refunds on handmade items that have been damaged due to improper care.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and card providers may take a few days to complete the transaction.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please consider this when placing your order.
