Shipping Policy
Shipping within the UK is FREE for all orders over £100, and costs £3.99 for all orders under £100.
Shipping within Europe is FREE for all orders over £150, and costs £11.00 for all orders under £150.
International shipping is FREE for all orders over £150, and costs £18.00 for all orders under £150.
No plastic is used in our packaging.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure you parcel is delivered to the right address.
Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of you order (subject to stock availability) except bespoke orders which will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely happy with your Noa & Rain purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us on info@noaandrain.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we can arrange the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our handmade items will not be accepted for refund due to a lack of care. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that can be found attached to the swing tickets when the goods arrive. Wool, in particular, needs to be cared for properly to ensure your products have a long life.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
BESPOKE ITEMS
If an item is created bespoke, then it is not eligible for a refund. Please do bear this in mind when ordering.
