Yes, we offer a bespoke service where you can customise a particular design we have already made or we can work with you to design your very own Noa. bespoke piece. Please contact us for more info and we'd love to discuss it further.

We hope you love your Noa. order, but if for any reason you arent happy with it please send us an email and we can arrange a return for you. We need to hear from you within 7 days of ordering so we can assist you with this.

Please note we do not cover the return postage or refund the original shipping cost.

Bespoke orders are not eligible for refund.

Yes of course!! With every purchase made at Noa & Rain, we donate a portion to a select charity. More recently, we have been donating from each sale to various Save our Ocean Charities, but we change this up from time to time to try and help many organisations out. If you have a preference, please do email us once you have purhcased your items and we would be happy to send the donation to your selected charity! We love hearing about more and helping as many as we can!
